David Peterson
SPECIFIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Mr. Peterson is a Senior Consultant and co-founder of INFO Innovations. He directly assists clients in all aspects of their
technology needs.
Prior to the establishment of Info Innovations, he served as
the Senior NOC Supervisor of Cybersensor where he supervised the design,
installation, and 24x7 management of multiple Network Operations Centers. He was
also responsible for systems support for all the ISP and NOC servers such as ERP, Web,
DNS, SMTP, and billing systems.
Previously, Mr. Peterson also served as the Director of Information Technology
for a telecommunications company. In this role, he was responsible for a four city VPN,
several work group servers and lead a group of four system administrators.
Earlier, Mr. Peterson supervised the Help Desk Support services for Universal Studios
Information Technology group in Nashville, TN. Mr. Peterson directed the user support
operations for 3 major Music Industry labels and 2 Music Industry Publishing Companies.
Through determining short-term and long-term needs and trends, he successfully implemented
guidelines that streamlined support response time and lowered overall support overhead by 40%.
